Open pouch and remove pad. - Peel off protective film. - Apply pad to forehead or neck - Reseal pouch by folding over twice along dotted lines. Keep pouch tightly closed to avoid exposing remaining pad to air. Note: Discard pad after each application. Cools without refrigeration. Store unused pads in pouch at room temperature. For extra cooling, product can be refrigerated before use. Do not freeze. For Best Results: Apply as soon as you feel discomfort, allowing the cooling sensation to begin its soothing effect.
