Vicks Sinex 12-Hour Decongestant nasal spray provides fast nasal and sinus congestion relief, to help relieve the nasal stuffiness that often accompanies colds, hay fever, or allergies. It is an effective nasal decongestant that can help alleviate sinus pressure and shrink swollen nasal membranes to help you breathe more freely, no matter how stuffy your surroundings may be.

•Adults and children 6 years and older (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. •Children 2 to 6 years: Ask a doctor. •Children under 2: Do not use.
