Repeat Dose as needed. • Under 24 lbs - Under 2 years of age - ask a doctor • 24 - 47 lbs - Age 2 - 4 years - 1/2 tablet • Over 48 lbs - Over 2 years of age - 1 tablet For calcium/magnesium/sodium content see Supplement Facts. Store below 25° C (77°F). Keep the container tightly closed. Calcium Supplement: 2-4 years old: Chew 1 tablet twice per day with a meal. Adults and children over 4 years old: Chew 1 tablet three times a day with a meal. Safety sealed: Do not use if printed inner seal beneath cap is missing or broken.
