Refer to complete Instructions For Use inside. Remove caps from MDI canister and OptiChamber. Look inside both ends of OptiChamber for any objects that don't belong there. Insert MDI and shake well. Put mouthpiece in mouth, exhale completely, press MDI and immediately inhale slowly. Hold breath for 8-10 seconds.
