Lemon balm - has a calming effect. Cayenne pepper (this product is not intended to produce any odor or sensation when applied to the inside of the nose) - increases blood flow and aids circulation; candelilla wax - used for texture. Apply a small amount of ointment to the inside of both nostrils before bedtime. Work the ointment all around the nasal passage being careful not to insert more than halfway into your nasal cavity. For best results, use a cotton swab applicator or a tissue (see illustration). Safety Tips: Do not use any applicator other than a cotton swab or tissue to apply nasal ointment. Store at room temperature 68 to 77 degrees F.
