Clean and medicate
Wash hands thoroughly using soap. Rinse and dry with a clean towel
Pick up a Mirasorb gauze sponge by one end and dip it into the cleansing solution recommended by your medical professional
Clean wound by stroking gently in a circular motion. Do not scrub back and forth, especially across incision line
Repeat process using clean Mirasorb gauze sponge until entire wound is cleaned
Pat dry using clean Mirasorb gauze sponge
Use clean Mirasorb gauze sponge to apply medication as directed by your medical professional
Protect
Dress the cleaned and medicated wound using clean Johnson & Johnson Topper dressing sponges or NU gauze all-purpose dressings as a primary dressing layer
