Adults and children 12 years and older - Standard Dosage - 1-2 sprays into each nostril 3x daily Acute Dosage - 1-2 sprays into each nostril every 1/2 to 1 hr. for the first day up to 8 times and then follow standard dosage. Children 6 up to 12 years - Standard Dosage - 1 spray into each nostril 3x daily Acute Dosage - 1 spray into each nostril every 1/2 to 1 hr. for the first day up to 6 times and then follow standard dosage. Children 2 up to 6 years - Standard Dosage - 1 spray into each nostril 3x daily Acute Dosage - 1 spray into each nostril every 1/2 to 1 hr. for the first day up to 4 times and then follow standard dosage.
