How to Wear: 1. Turn dials counter-clockwise to loosen. 2. Slide hand into the Easy-Sleeve design with sleeve tongue centered on top of wrist. 3. Stabilizer is properly positioned when thumb is in the thumb hole and the splint rests comfortably in the palm. 4. Turn dials clockwise to tighten. Adjust dials until fit is firm, yet comfortable. To Remove: 1. Turn dials counter-clockwise to loosen. 2. Slide your hand out. Size: Measure around wrist at smallest point and measure around hand at largest point, including thumb. S-M: 5.5 - 7 inches. How to Use: This wrist brace has been specially engineered to provide comfortable protection and firm support to injured, weak, or post-cast wrists requiring firm stabilization. Also used to help relieve symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (Physicians often recommend the use of a rigid wrist brace during management of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other painful wrist conditions). Wear all day or during activities which lead to discomfort. If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a physician. Washing: Remove metal splint prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
