This Futuro Wrap Around Ankle Support offers firm support to help relive pain due to ankle sprains, chronic ankle instability and over use syndromes. It also helps to provide protection from further injury. Wear all day or during activities which lead to discomfort.

1. Slide injured foot into the elastic sleeve. For the right ankle, turn the support inside-out. 2. Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in pictures 2 and 3. 3. Attach the hook fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. Care: Close strap prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do Not: Machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softeners. Size: For right or left foot, measure around ankle for correct sizing.
