Adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets with a full glass of water every 6 hours while symptoms persist. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Do not take for more than 48 hours for the pain of migraine. Children: Do not give to children under 12 unless directed by a doctor.
