Suggested Use: For Children 50 to 100 lbs: Take one (1) tablet daily to support digestive and immune health. To alleviate occasional digestive distress, take four (4) tablets per day. If conditions persist, consult your physician. If taking four tablets, take half in the morning and half in the evening. Culturelle can be taken with or without food at any time of day. Storage: Store Culturelle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Culturelle must not exceed 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
