Children's Chestal cough syrup from Boiron combines homeopathic medicines traditionally used to treat different types of coughs with the natural goodness of honey to gently soothe the throat. Safe for children ages two and older, it temporarily relieves coughs due to minor throat and bronchial irritation as may occur with a cold and loosens chest congestion and phlegm and thins bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive. The honey in Children's Chestal is filtered to ensure its safety.

2 to 12 years of age - 1 teaspoon every 2 hours
Younger than 2 years of age - not recommended
