NOT an Acid Blocker!

NOT Your Tablet Antacid!
Solid form tablet antacids have to be digested and absorbed by your stomach to start providing any heartburn relief. Most contain calcium (or calcium carbonate) which may stimulate the release of Gastrin - a hormone that may cause acid rebound.

NOT a Chalky Liquid Antacid!
The most popular liquid antacids can taste "pasty or chalky" and contain ingredients like magnesium and aluminum. Antacids containing aluminum may cause constipation, while antacids containing magnesium may cause diarrhea. Make sure you read the labels.

Fully dissolve one capfull (approx. 6 grams) in 4-6 ounces of cool water before taking. Adults and Children 12 years and older - One dose each hour. Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. Adults 60 years and older - One dose each hour. Do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours. Children under 12 - Ask a doctor.
