For relief of occasional constipation. This product generally produces bowel movements in 6-12 hours. For adults and children 12 and over. Pleasant tasting.

Directions: Adults & Children 12 and older: 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon. Shake well before use. Take before or after meals or at bedtime. Do not exceed 2 tablespoons daily unless directed by a doctor. Children under 12: consult a doctor.
