Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 tablets fully dissolved in 4 oz of water at bedtime (may be taken every 4 To 6 hours). Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor. Children under 4 years: do not use.

Acetaminophen 325 mg (pain reliever/fever reducer), dextromethorphanhydrobromide 10 mg (cough suppressant), doxylamine succinate 6.25 mg(antihistamine), phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg (nasal decongestant).
