Do not take more than the recommended dose.
Adults and children 12 years and over: take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours.
Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor.
Children under 12 years: do not use.
Other information. Each tablet contains: calcium 20 mg.
Store at controlled room temperature 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F).
