1. Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable. 2. Pull strap on left side of foot up and across, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of ankle stabilizer. 3. Follow the same directions for remaining strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable. For either foot, this ankle stabilizer has been designed to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around ankle. Size - adjust to fit; 8-10 inches. Care Instructions: Attach all closures before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
